SS/SCS/HCS/HJR 86 - If approved by the voters, this constitutional amendment adds a section to Article I of the Missouri Constitution to declare that agriculture is the foundation and stabilizing force of the state's economy and that in order to protect the agricultural sector and the state's heritage, any initiative petition that would harm, restrict, or regulate the right of agricultural producers, ranchers or farmers to raise domesticated animals shall only take effect if it receives a 2/3rds majority of the voters.
