SCS/HCR 30 - This resolution creates the Joint Interim Committee on Voice Communications Regulation, which shall be composed of 5 members appointed from the House of Representatives and 5 from the Senate. The Committee shall study and report by January 15, 2009 on: any changes needed to the inter-carrier compensation system for voice communications exchange traffic, the issue of market-based pricing for voice communications services, and any other issue deemed relevant to the regulation of voice communications.ERIKA JAQUES
