HB 2226 – Current law provides that the annual limit on contributions to the Missouri Higher Education Savings Program is $8,000 per taxpayer. This act allows married taxpayers filing jointly to deduct up to $16,000 in contributions to the program from taxable income.

The provisions of this act are contained in HCS/SB 863 (TAT).
