HB 1861 - This act creates the Renewable Energy Information and Reporting Act, which requires the Public Service Commission to provide an annual report on trends and new developments relating to renewable energy. The report shall provide certain statistics and other information as described in the act and shall be provided each year to the Governor, the General Assembly, and other interested parties in the energy and environmental fields.
