HB 1706 – Current law provides that retired members of the Public School Retirement System of Missouri and the Public Education Employee Retirement System of Missouri can work full time for up to two years for a school district covered by one of these retirement systems under certain conditions. This act provides that retired members may teach or work up to full time for up to two years in these school districts without losing benefits.
