SCS/HCS/HB 1611 - This act provides that in any courtroom procedure involving a child under the age of twelve who is a witness in any judicial proceeding involving divorce or child custody, or who is an alleged victim or witness in any proceeding involving adult or child orders of protection, offenses against the person, offenses against the family, or sexual offenses, that any oath required of such child must be administered in a developmentally appropriate manner.
