SCS/SB 369 - This act modifies the educational requirements for Highway Patrol members and radio personnel. It also requires the POST Commission to establish these same educational requirements as part of the minimum standards for the basic training of peace officers. The act removes the provision requiring the Superintendent of the Highway Patrol to reside in Jefferson City. SUSAN HENDERSON MOORE
