SB 573 - This act provides that at least five percent of the total investments of the Missouri state employees' retirement system shall be invested in any partnership, corporation, trust or limited liability company that is located, headquartered, and registered to conduct business in this state, and that conducts its primary business herein.

The act also provides that at least five percent of the total investments for all public school employee retirement systems and the public education employee retirement system shall be invested in any partnership, corporation, trust or limited liability company that is located, headquartered, and registered to conduct business in this state, and that conducts its primary business herein.
