SCS/HB 1392 – This act repeals a provision that was to sunset on August 28, 2006, which authorizes dental hygienists to provide certain dental treatments to children on Medicaid without the supervision of a dentist. The act also allows marital and family therapists to diagnose behavior.
This act is similar to SB 828 (2006).
