|
SB 799 - This act reduces the permit fee and biennial inspection fee for billboards under 150 square feet. The current law provides that a one-time permit fee of $200 shall be charged for a billboards that are erected within Missouri. This act states that the fee shall be $50 for billboards under 150 square feet and $200 for signs 150 square feet and greater. The current biennial inspection fee is $100. This act states that the biennial inspection fee shall be $25 for signs that are under 150 square feet and $100 for signs at or above 150 square feet.STEPHEN WITTE
