In the July edition of Missouri Legislative Update, the governor signs Senate and House bills that affect Missourians across the state, lawmakers turn in their gavels for sandbags to help battle against the flooding, and the Capitol grounds receive a new monument to commemorate the historic journey of Meriwether Lewis and William Clark.
