SB 299 - Currently, both metropolitan school district teachers and principals are included in the section of the Metropolitan school district's teacher tenure statute which outlines procedures regarding reductions in force. This act removes school principals from the section. This act is identical to the perfected SB 1133 (2004), and this act is contained in the truly agreed to and finally passed CCS/SCS/HCS/HB 297.
