SB 51 - This act provides that for certain offenses involving unauthorized recordings the penalty is a fine of not more than $50,000 or a prison sentence of not more than five years if the offense involves 100 or more articles. Currently, the statute says that such a penalty is applicable to offenses involving 1,000 or more articles. SUSAN HENDERSON
