SJR 4 - This resolution places a proposed constitutional amendment before the voters to allow a school district to provide transportation for private school pupils, provided that any such pupil, or the pupil's parent or other guardian, reimburses the district for the proportionate share of the actual operating and capital expenses incurred in providing the transportation services. This resolution is identical to SJR 032 (2004).
