SCS/SB 1250 - This legislation pertains to the Missouri Propane Education and Research Council.

This act modifies the membership requirements for the council; first by increasing the number of members representing retail marketers of propane from six to nine, and decreasing the number of members representing wholesalers or resellers or propane from six to three. Language clarifies that members may be appointed to a maximum of two consecutive terms, that members filling unexpired terms will not have any partial term of service count against the two-term limitation, and by limiting former members from being reappointed if they have not been members for one year.
