AN ACT
To authorize, pursuant to Section 8.665, RSMo, the commencement of certain projects to be funded from bond proceeds.
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of Missouri, as follows:
Authorization to commence the following projects to be funded from bond proceeds and local funds for research, academic and related facilities. The projects, the campus of said state institution of higher education, the amount for each project to be paid from the bonds proceeds and local funds is hereby granted:
