SCS/SCR 41 - This resolution requests that the President of
the United States direct both the Fish and Wildlife Service as
well as the Army Corps of Engineers to develop a new plan for
operating the Missouri river; a plan that will not increase the
risk of flooding for bottomland farmers and will not harm
Missouri's economy.
