SCR 34 - This resolution requests that the Governor
authorize by Executive Order the creation of the Division of
Rehabilitation Services for the Blind within the Department of
Social Services. Currently, Rehabilitation Services for the
Blind is only a program that is administered by the Department of
Social Services.
