SJR 51 - This joint resolution repeals subsection 6 of
Section 27(a) of Article IV of the Missouri Constitution. This
section relates to the budget reserve fund. The repeal of
subsection 6 would repeal the requirement that any withdraw form
the fund for emergency purposes be paid back in three years.
