HA 1 - PROVIDES THAT A PERSON CANNOT SERVE ON THE BOARD IF HE OR SHE IS CONVICTED OF A FELONY, A CLASS A OR B MISDEMEANOR, OR ANY CRIME INVOLVING RESISTING ARREST, ASSAULT OF AN OFFICER, OR FLEEING, INSTEAD OF REQUIRING THAT A PERSON CANNOT BE CONVICTED OF ANY CRIME TO SERVE ON THE BOARD
