SB 513 - This act removes the deference given to the Board of Police when granting paid vacation based on the number of years of service by the member and only applies to the St. Louis City police department. Further, the act removes the deference given to the board when granting paid holidays to the member, but allows for compensation time in lieu of the actual holiday.
