SCS/HB 473 - This act designates cut-leaved teasel, common teasel, and kudzu as noxious weeds. All persons are required to control the spread of cut-leaved teasel and kudzu per methods approved by the EPA and in compliance with the manufacturer's label instructions. Eradication of cut-leaved teasel is also required.

The provisions of this act are contained in HCS/SB 345.
