SCS/HB 236 - This act establishes the "Juvenile Information Governance Commission", which will recommend and authorize categories of information to be shared between executive agencies and juvenile and family divisions of the circuit courts.

The Commission will be composed of the Directors of the Departments of Mental Health, Health, and Social Services, the Directors of the Divisions of Family Services and Youth Services, the Commissioner of Education, the State Courts Administrator, as Chairman, the Superintendent of the Highway Patrol, the Chief Information Officer of the Office of Information Technology of the Office of Administration, two juvenile court judges and 2 juvenile officers.

The Commission will submit a report to the General Assembly on January 1, 2002, and each subsequent January 1 thereafter.
