SJR 11 - This proposed constitutional amendment, if approved by the voters, provides that school bond issues may be approved by simple majority vote at all election dates. Currently, school bond issues must obtain a four-sevenths majority for approval at municipal, primary and general elections and a two-thirds majority for all other elections.

This act is similar to SJR 41 and SJR 45 (2000).
