SCR 18 - The Interim Committee on Telecommunications and
Energy is authorized to function during the 91st General Assembly
(2001-2001). The General Assembly has had an interim committee
on this subject since 1997. The Committee is charged with making
recommendations on telecommunications issues as well as the
deregulation of energy services.
